Shipping and Return
ShippingAll of our products are dispatched within one business day from our US warehouse location. Orders typically arrive within 3-4 business days after receiving a shipment confirmation email. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Additional customs and duty fees, including any local taxes, are the customer’s sole responsibility.
The shipment confirmation email will provide you with a tracking number.
All items must be returned in its original packaging and condition within 15 business days, beginning with the day after you received the product(s). Ace Monaco Inc. reserves the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, scratched or altered. Sale and special promotion items are final sale and non-refundable. Please make sure to include your original invoice when returning an item and use the preprinted packaging label to expedite the process.
Please allow 10 business days from the time you send us your return for it to be processed and refunded. If all conditions above are met, we will issue you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise returned and will notify you via email once the process is complete. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. If you paid by credit card, refund times will depend on your credit or debit card provider.
If you would like to make an exchange for another style or color, please email us at email@example.com to ensure the requested item is in stock. Ace Monaco Inc. is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit.
